A cherished tradition dating back to the 14th century in France, the Galette des Rois, or "Kings' Cake," is a delightful way to celebrate the feast of Epiphany.

Our Galette des Rois features flaky, buttery puff pastry layers filled with a rich frangipane almond cream. Each cake includes a fève—a small ceramic trinket hidden inside. The person who discovers the fève in their slice is crowned King or Queen for the day and, traditionally, provides the next cake the following year.
